Shipping:

We work very hard to get your purchases packed and shipped in a timely fashion. Due to the high order volume shortly after a product release, paired with the fact that we are a small company with just one or two people handling all of these orders, WE MAY TAKE UP TO A WEEK TO SHIP ORDERS. If you have not received your order in one week, send an email through the contact form asking for the order status before submitting a claim through PayPal. We would love to keep you up-to-date on the status of shipping, and would hate for you to miss out on a product that you truly wanted because of a lack of communication. Thank you for your patience, as we do our best to ensure the quality delivery of your product(s).
